This has most definitely been the best experience I have ever had in growing out my fringe*. I am quite certain it has a large part to do with Zooey Deschanel, the current manic pixie dream girl icon, is also growing out her bangs, meaning that a significant percentage of pinterest is also doing so. This means lots of tutorials flying everywhere about ways to style a longer fringe and thoughts on the angst of it all.
While I have done none of the styles, I can at least enjoy the company.
