If you want pancakes for a few breakfasts but don't have the time to make new batches every morning or you don't have people to share it with and help you eat a whole batch, take an evening, or even a morning, wrap them up, and put them in the fridge. Then, when you want a couple, put them in on the "warm" toaster setting. It's far better than the microwave because, instead of a soggy whole, it leaves you with a nice, crunchy outside with a still soft and spongy inside.
