my soon-to-be journal for travels

I had been trying to figure out what to do for a cover for so long but when I saw this, I knew it had to be an old book cover.

I also don't want to carry around a big pot of glue with me (heavy, bulky, possible spills...) so in the search to find a substitute, I've landed on sewing everything in. It will show on both sides and add color all around. I will also be stitching my travels onto maps. Needless to say, I'm very excited.

One of the things I want to make sure to do is document the tea I drink. How could I not while in England? Here is my favorite way to do so that I've seen so far.
