Talking to freshies as an upperclassman is wonderful because they'll say something along the lines of "Hey! I did this, and it was awesome!"
and you will think "I remember doing that...it was awesome. Why don't I do that anymore? I'm going to do that again!"
or perhaps you'll find yourself saying something like "You should really try such and such"
and then realizing that you haven't done that in a long time either and that you really want to do it again.
So you do! And it's wonderful.
