Tips For Tim
If you consistantly can't stay awake in a class, bring something to do with your hands besides drawing (which is too much like notetaking). This is easier for girls to do knitting or other such handiwork without getting weird looks, but balls of clay or other such tactile substances also work really well. Also, it's best if you ask the professor first, though it usually isn't an issue.

I vote for slinkies, personally. So much fun! A little loud and you get weird looks, but a subtle way to be slightly rebellious on grumpy days or happily cheerful on better days.
