Pretend power outages are my favorite

Sitting in the semi-darkness dashed with candles, the honey dripped down our fingers and onto the backs of our hands. Automatic generators hummed quietly in the background as we enjoyed the flickering. Power companies had already swarmed and reconnected our power but, determined to not miss out on the fun of an outage, we kept the lights off.

After dinner, we decided to try one of the trends found all over on the interwebs of a peanut butter smeared tortilla wrapped around a honey drizzled banana. Let me tell you...worth trying. It has to be dessert though. It's rich and glorious and you don't want to eat anything else for several hours. And you MUST eat it over a napkin or somewhere else that you don't mind getting honey smeared all over. Outside, perhaps?

Banana Goodness
1 Tortilla
2 Heaping Tablespoons Peanut Butter
Drizzle of Honey
1 Banana

Lay out tortilla. Smear peanut butter in a stripe down the center of the tortilla. Drizzle desired amount of honey onto the peanut butter. Peal banana. Lay over the honey leaving a couple of inches at one end. Wrap the tortilla around the banana. Fold the banana-free end of the wrap up to catch the honey and keep the banana from slipping as you eat. Eat over a plate/napkin/grass/dirt.
