So it's official-ish then...I am lactose intolerant. Sadly, because I drink hardly any dairy here at school, my body decided that I really didn't need that extra juice in my stomach anymore. People who know what they're about said to build up dairy consumption slowly to gain it back again. It sounds like a lovely plan until you've gone two weeks without feeling tip-top.
So hello fellow lactose-intolerant-ians! I am quite happily joining the ranks. Thanks to growing up in a dairy-free house, I know which soy ice creams have the best flavors.
I'll still have an affagato when offered...but who wouldn't?
