Modify your waffles. In our dining hall, the available add-ins change so it depends on what's there. However, there's usually something that will improve your waffle batter that extra bit. So far I have used sprinkles (like funfetti...not my favorite but more interesting than just a plain waffle) and cinnamon sugar (which was SO good). I hope to soon stir in chocolate chips, but so far Waffle Friday and chocolate chips in the waffle bar haven't coincided yet.
